NDP leader Jack Layton says his party's platform will balance the books of the Federal Government in four years and warns that Canadians will suffer from a major service cuts under the Government conservative or liberal.
At a rally in Saskatoon Saturday, Jack Layton took aim both conservative leader Stephen Harper and Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff, slamming of platforms of two parts.

Speaking a day before he unveils his party platform Sunday, Jack Layton said a Prime Minister cannot cut services, with a value of 11 billion from $ without "prejudice to the quality of life" for Canadians.

The leader of the NDP has also covered the Liberals, warning that they too would adopt major cuts in services, "just like the Chrétien Liberals."
